Echelon, I understand many companies and individuals go through cash flow problems at times. However they should not be embarrassed about it. These things happen. No problem I will personally pay the approximately R6800.00 owing to the panel beaters and you can pay me back over 6 months if necessary. If you do need longer just say so.

I was involved in a collision while my car was parked on the street. Santam's client put in a claim as they were at fault. Since October 29 2025 I've been sending emails still not resolved. Sheer incompetence within the Claims Dept.

PHONED MY SHORT TERM INSURANCE, ECHELON, WHO IMMEDIATELY OPENED A CLAIM FOR MY BURST GEUZER, GOT CONFIRMATION WITHIN 10 MINUTES A PLUMBER WAS APPOINTED AND WITHIN 55 MINUTES THE PLUMBER, FROM PLUMB GUARANTEE, WAS AT MY HOME AND CHECKED THE GEYZER, WHICH MUST BE REPLACED. THERE IS SO MANY COMPANIES THAT CAN LEARN FROM ECHELON AND THE PLUMBER HOW TO KEEP YOUR PROMISES AND DELIVER SOLID SERVICE.
