I reported that my fridge is broken after only three months of purchasing it. Bosch has failed to replace the fridge for over 3 weeks now. Noone thinks of calling me with feedback. Every time I call, I am told that someone will call me back. When I ask for a manager, I am told that they are in meeting. For three weeks I have been unable to purchase groceries. I have explained mutiple times to the agents that I am disabled and cannot be without proper food but this is still not motivation for Bosch to fix a fridge that I paid for! Whatever you do, please DO NOT buy a Bosch appliance. It is not worth the headache.

I bought eggs from Checkers at Mall of the South. As I was about to cook I realised that the eggs were rotten. And not just any kind of rotten, the eggs were green and just by opening one , my whole apartment smelled horrible. I immediately called the Checkers customer care line . They simply asked me to send a picture of the eggs and my receipt, of which I did. However,till date, no one at Checkers has called me confirm how they will fix my complaint. Needless to say my family and I will never be buying from Checkers again.
