They only use email queries,automated response. Then you receive an answer 9 days later. All I want is fibre installation done, they can check on their system when it will take place. But No it's toooo much to ask from a company that claim to be the largest in SA.
They don't answer emails or on the WhatsApp business,all I want is the order number for fibre installation. The only ISP that makes you pay a fee before placing an order for fibre installation.
I was involved in a collision while my car was parked on the street. Santam's client put in a claim as they were at fault. Since October 29 2025 I've been sending emails still not resolved. Sheer incompetence within the Claims Dept.
