Octogen is pathetic! & ridiculous!
I have been under debt review for over 4y and my debt is standing at halfway done. The amounts paid to my creditors is ridiculous they pay accounts that are paid up and keep doing this every month. Now I want to pay my creditors up and it's like a mother storm I have to go thru. The response time is ridiculous. The debt review is suppose to help clients pay off debt in a timely manner without the calls but they actually kill u financially. I am dealing with a woman who will not give me straight answers and promises to call or get back to me which happens days later. I want someone who is willing to listen to my problem help me sort it out fairly and move on!!! This is utterly ridiculous!!!! And I will not recommend Octogen to anyone.

HELP STANDARD BANK PLS HELP
I accidently made a payment into the wrong account huge amount of money was suppose to go to my sons account and instead it went to another account. After sitting almost an hour at the branch I was told to fill out a form and wait for 72 working hours for a response on the request. Its not a small amount of money and its meant for my sons school and accessories for next year how can one just sit around waiting on a outcome. Its my money not the other persons. Please if anyone else knows on what I can do I am begging for help this really needs to be escalated and returned how else am I going to sort my son out.
