Dont ever buy anything from Zhauns! Huge mistake! I got in contact with Zhauns in December 2018. I paid of my heat press equipment through out the year of 2019. Every bit of money i had saved i just used to pay off the equipment so that i can start a business of my own. No where did they state that the training is a must. I told them i will send someone to collect the machine as i made the last payment. I received my machine and two weeks in, the heat press did not work, a week later the mug press did not work, a few days later the plate press was in pieces. I contacted them and they tried to pin it on me telling me that i should have gone for the training. I received a paper with my heat press that has heat settings of 380c while their machine can only reach 220c or 240c. I never used the machine to its full capacity due to the fact that i might damage it and i surely don't have money for a new one. They are just refusing to refund me. They close on the 20th of December and say that they cant help me. I need to buy new equipment. How can a company be so wreck less. I wont stop here, i only bought myself a lot of problems. They were quick enough to take my money but now there is no one to solve my problem. I only want a refund, i don't want to waste my time anymore. I feel so frustrated and betrayed. I will warn other customers for sure!
Don't buy anything from them part two: After my heat press just stopped working i phoned Louise the manager at the JHB branch. I told her that i needed my flatbed repaired asap as i have a big order to send out. Her reply was that she has no technicians available and that she is sorry but she cant help me with my problem. I then had to buy a new complete heat press from another company just to finish my order. Upset my friend phoned Louise and all of a sudden she decided to borrow me a flatbed in the meantime. Which she packed in a thin layer of plastic and obviously got damaged by the courier because there was no protection for the flatbed. After informing her on the situation she yelled at me "Luister my skat" just proving to me how lame the service is!!!! No professionalism at all...she was yelling and blaming me for her poor packaging. Now all of a sudden they are agreeing to replace the parts but i have to put in writing that i waver my right to my warranty if i don't come for training. Still no one is answering my question as to why there was a paper with my combo that has the incorrect heat settings for the machine they provided. If i used the instructions on the info on that paper...i probably would have set fire to my house! Zhauns i need answer's!!!!!!!!!!!!!
