Quick to take money but no service. Ordered a T-Shirt printer 2 years ago, nobody bothers communicating had to do follow ups by calling and emailing countless times with 0 progress! I had the worst experience with Zhauns, wouldn’t recommend.

They are a business with Machines - but have rental properties via the ZHAUNS FAMILY TRUST - which their staff at Zhauns Business Opportunities help with THIS IS A COMPLAINT FROM A RENTER OF ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!! Even their staff say they are nasty people (Who I will keep anonymous - for their safety) I am absolutely disgusted at the experience I have had with this company I rented an apartment unit from them The first day I was meant to do my entrance inspection - the man I was meant to meet (Shaheen) was 2 hours late as he went to a dentist appointment, but failed to let me know. - so I waited, as I had already paid my deposit (which they were very quick to take) so I wasn't going to delay the process anymore, it was getting to the last day of the month and the new tenant for my previous apartment was moving in. I get in to the unit and because it was month end - it was rushed and they had not got the unit cleaned OR Painted or repaired from the previous tenants I said its ok - I got a cleaning lady to come in and help me and together we got the unit looking better. (It was quite dirty - very dusty etc) in fact I even have some photos that I took Anyhow I move in against my better judgment at their lack of "Customer care" and I start receiving my statements, I make my automatic payment every month in time - no problems and I eventually check my statement and I see that I am owing them some money, panicked, I call to find out why I am owing money if I make my monthly payments. "Apparently I get charged for additional fees etc) - None of which I was told by the way - so I again called their offices. I stated via email and telephonically - that I will pay any outstanding amount if they can show me where in my contract it states that I am liable. This was a fight for 6+ months - where they did not send me anything in my lease - I checked "Section 4" of my lease which they said stated everything and I returned By email a copy circling section 4 "where it does not clearly state I am liable) I had made NUMEROUS calls to their offices - Spoke with a lady who was exceptionally rude (Shadiqah) (Who did apologize during a call, but then did the same thing over again) emails, calls - messages back and forth but not advising their MANAGER "LUCAS" They then decide to block me from making any purchases on my electricity app. So I couldn't buy electricity - I call the electricity company, speak to someone there and he says sure he will activate it so I can purchase, Two days later - WITH NO WARNING, NO CALL, NO EMAIL, (Baring in mind I had been emailing them for the past 8 months about the issue) THEY CUT MY ELECTRICITY!!!! I called them immediately - no response - eventually got hold of Lucas - The manager After an hour of back and forth and his inappropriate comments- "ooh I must come visit you hey - Cant wait to see you in person - you are quite a fiesty one" - so I said well damn if I cannot make use of my Power which I HAVE PAID FOR, then of course I will be upset. I got very heated - I got home to no power and after a long angry discussion with LUCAS he got the power turned back on -(After about an hour of back and forth) and 5 minutes after they put my power back on - loadshedding hit. Needless to say I was SUPER ****ED off. I have since given notice that I WILL NOT be extending my lease, and I will be leaving their premises at the end of my lease I have yet to receive my entrance inspection list WHICH I HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE times. I get told that Shaheen has it in his car and he will be in later, I email again, oh I will sent it when he is back, I call - their rude receptionist just transfers me to some other lady who has no clue how to assist me (Do you mean to tell me - that he is carrying around Documents in his car for over a year)? I leave multiple messages for Shadiqah - Shaheen - Lucas and no response. Even their staff say they are nasty people (Who I will keep anonymous - for their safety) I WANT MY ENTRANCE INSPECTION LIST - (Also I don't recall signing one - which I would like to confirm) I have asked their maintenance team to come and assist with a leaking tap (Which they advised is a problem in the building and not just my unit), the sliding door has no rollers/wheels as the manufacturer is out so been waiting 10 months for that, Have had a broken shelf in the cupboard for a year which was never fixed. They are quick to take my money, but disgusting at service or even human interaction, I even took time from work to assist them when the unit below me had a leak - (And let me add - about 4 attempts) where they had to re "waterproof my patio or something) I accommodated by coming home - opening up for them etc. (The maintenance team is very sweet though) DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Save yourself the stress, the headache the waste of time and energy !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND rent elsewhere. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! - they will take your money and give you nothing but disrespect with a rude and disgusting attitude back!!!

We bought a candle machine on the 5th of Dec and was not told at the time of purchasing the machine that it will take 3 months for the machine to be delivered.it is the forth month now and still no machine. We keep getting false promises that the machine will be done in 4 weeks... This period has passed as well. We urgently need assistance to get our money back as this is pathetic service and a company who gives false promises. Don't ever purchase from Zhauns... You get no feedback and they make false promises

Beginning of February 2022 i purchased the candle machine at zhauns and the sales person told me that before Easter holidays the technicians will come and install upon delivery and we agreed I then paid 50% deposit as required. But we are now approaching end of July still NUTTING happen. Please help.

I bought the peanut butter machine from Zhauns in November last year and have had non-stop issues with the machine and service! Because of this my small business has suffered terribly, and I'm at risk of not being able to continue. Here are some of the issues I have had with them: Upon reception we received no information on maintenance and cleaning of the machine and was not informed of needing a 25W circuit breaker to use the machine. We have used the machine 4 times since we bought it, and it has had issues as many times. On each request for assistance, it has not been timely, nor adequate. All issues could have been avoided with proper documentation or information. Known design issues with the machine (the difficulty of cleaning, or the possibility of matter falling into centre of the machine, cleaning the stones, circuit breaker, loosening *****s INSIDE the bowl with peanut butter) were not shared upon purchase and rather mentioned in passing after multiple complaints! The pamphlet given is not useful at all and refers to another machine. Two sets of grinding stones have gone mouldy after being cleaned as instructed by Michael and team. After minimal use the fan belt has also had to be repaired. When the technician came to show me exactly how to maintain the machine, he asked me how to put the machine together - saying that he's never had to do it. Staff are not properly trained and despite all evidence, refund for the machine is being refused. Please reconsider buying from Zhauns!!!

DO NOT BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ZHAUN'S. I bought a sachet packaging machine from them a year ago. Apart from having to add extras at a cost of R 22 000-00 and a HUGE delay in delivery, to date, the machine is still not working. They send inexperienced technicians out for training that have absolutely no idea how to operate machines. I go so far as to say that I actually ended up showing the technician how the machine SHOULD work. To date the machine is not working and does not even package anything. After numerous attempts to sort out our dilemma, the company has no solution at all and are constantly evading or avoiding responsibility for the fact that they have sold me a machine that does not work. Constantly shifting the blame to me, the consumer. This is not acceptable and I truly believe that in this day and age and the fact that we invest in business opportunities to try and make a difference and ends meat in our current ailing economy that we certainly DO NOT need companies like Zhaun's around.

Dont ever buy anything from Zhauns! Huge mistake! I got in contact with Zhauns in December 2018. I paid of my heat press equipment through out the year of 2019. Every bit of money i had saved i just used to pay off the equipment so that i can start a business of my own. No where did they state that the training is a must. I told them i will send someone to collect the machine as i made the last payment. I received my machine and two weeks in, the heat press did not work, a week later the mug press did not work, a few days later the plate press was in pieces. I contacted them and they tried to pin it on me telling me that i should have gone for the training. I received a paper with my heat press that has heat settings of 380c while their machine can only reach 220c or 240c. I never used the machine to its full capacity due to the fact that i might damage it and i surely don't have money for a new one. They are just refusing to refund me. They close on the 20th of December and say that they cant help me. I need to buy new equipment. How can a company be so wreck less. I wont stop here, i only bought myself a lot of problems. They were quick enough to take my money but now there is no one to solve my problem. I only want a refund, i don't want to waste my time anymore. I feel so frustrated and betrayed. I will warn other customers for sure!
