I bought the peanut butter machine from Zhauns in November last year and have had non-stop issues with the machine and service! Because of this my small business has suffered terribly, and I'm at risk of not being able to continue. Here are some of the issues I have had with them: Upon reception we received no information on maintenance and cleaning of the machine and was not informed of needing a 25W circuit breaker to use the machine. We have used the machine 4 times since we bought it, and it has had issues as many times. On each request for assistance, it has not been timely, nor adequate. All issues could have been avoided with proper documentation or information. Known design issues with the machine (the difficulty of cleaning, or the possibility of matter falling into centre of the machine, cleaning the stones, circuit breaker, loosening *****s INSIDE the bowl with peanut butter) were not shared upon purchase and rather mentioned in passing after multiple complaints! The pamphlet given is not useful at all and refers to another machine. Two sets of grinding stones have gone mouldy after being cleaned as instructed by Michael and team. After minimal use the fan belt has also had to be repaired. When the technician came to show me exactly how to maintain the machine, he asked me how to put the machine together - saying that he's never had to do it. Staff are not properly trained and despite all evidence, refund for the machine is being refused. Please reconsider buying from Zhauns!!!
