Beginning of February 2022 i purchased the candle machine at zhauns and the sales person told me that before Easter holidays the technicians will come and install upon delivery and we agreed I then paid 50% deposit as required. But we are now approaching end of July still NUTTING happen. Please help.
I've a purchased from aliexpress and I was advised to use fedex for my delivery which I did Google and find the nearest branch called RMZ fedex in Lenasia. I kept on checking my account for updates until we reached a point of package in transit on the account, RMZ fedex requested i must make a custom fees payment so that custom can release my package, I immediately paid via eft to his personal account and later discovered that he actually charged me almost double the amount required. I kept calling RMZ fedex for my package delivery but NUTTING happened, I decided to go to RMZ fedex but still I didn't get my package,RMZ fedex send me to O.R TAMBO AIRPORT TO COLLECT MY PACKAGE WITH OUT DOCUMENT AND I DID BECAUSE I WANTED MY PACKAGE. let alone all the phone calls bills and fuel costs for traveling lastly after RMZ fedex received my money I WAS TOLD I'M ALL ALONE I must deal with fedex head office, indeed I search for fedex head office on Google, I've been to midrand and I was told that the tracking account handled by boksburg branch, I drove back to there but when I get there I was told there have no link with RMZ FEDEX in Lenasia and my package was send to state wearhouse and to release it I will have to pay the amount over R6000,00+. My total order costs me R3980,00 but now FedEx asking me to pay over R6000,00 and wait again another two months before I receive my package. Since i receive a call from fnb law on call after i report the matter to hellopeter i haven't hear anything from them again, i even send the email again for another case of labor matter , i only received automated respond confirming the claim with the reference number saying i will be contacted within 24 HRS but now its been a week still nuthing happens, HELLOPETER PLEASE HELP
poor & bad service, I have a contract to sign and i need a lawyer's advice as second opinion . i work for labour broker and experience couple of errors on my salary advice and i tried to get them sorted with HR DEPARTMENT unfortunately i failed including UIF matters. i call FNB LOC for an assistance ,i waited forever during peak hours for someone to answer the call. I've send numerous emails and still no respond until this moment
