Good afternoon, I’d like to leave a glowing review for Nani at the Bootlegger Cape Quarter branch. The morning shift team is our absolute favorite, and Nani is truly the heart of it all. He is dedicated, hardworking, and always goes the extra mile—you can genuinely see he’s the engine that keeps everything moving. Our mornings just aren’t the same without him (and my flat white!). What’s even more impressive is that he remembers exactly how I like my coffee, along with the orders of more than 10 of my colleagues. Nani’s customer service is simply outstanding—friendly, attentive, and consistent. He sets the tone for our day and always makes us feel welcome. He is AWESOME! Thank you, Nani, for making every morning a little brighter.
OKuhle Mangisa @ King Price, is empathetic with a very high emotional intelligence, she is patient, kind and understanding. We need more people like her in call centres who diffuse situations and leave a customer feeling heard, assisted and happy. Thank you for your stellar service
I am a member of Sanlam and use the Money Saver Credit Card When I try to get the balance on the account but nowhere could I find out how to do this. I logged onto Sanlam Secure site and where they give you the option to view your account, it just takes me back to the application screen. i have created a profile, a secure login, I have logged in to my dashboard (Which has NO INFO ON BTW) Its a constant loop and tells me to login and then routes me back to the login page - it loops continuously - can someone just tell me what the heck my balance is _ I have tried via the app, via the web I have searched google Chatgpt and I am fed up What is going on with this APP/Dashboard - get your dev team to resolve this - customers have 0 VISIBILITY
SOOOO not too impressed with Momentum at the moment They launched this Two Pot Fund thing - however their whatsapp line DOES NOT WORK - THEY DO NOT answer calls. they launched a product prematurely - I have been waiting on feedback for over two weeks. i try the whatsapp line and the damn thing just loops and loops and I get he message Hi KERRY, thank you for chatting to us. Our office hours are from 08h00 to 17h00 Mon to Fri. Would you like to chat to a benefit counsellor? 1) Yes please. 2) Main menu. I select option 1 Hello. Our benefit counsellors are not available at the moment. Our call centre hours are 08h00 to 17h00, Mon to Fri. You can call us on 0860 44 43 40 or 011 505 1565. 1) Return to main menu. it is Monday and it is 12:33 So i thought perhaps its because tomorrow is a public holiday - Perhaps NOONE IS WORKIGN TODAY - but then i went to the chat history and i get the same damn response no matter what time of the week i message or reach out - I have been on hold for A benefit counsellor for over an hour - AND NO ANSWER!!!!! Can someone just tell me what the hell is going on DONT LAUNCH PRODUCTS or BENEFITS if you are NOT READY
They are a business with Machines - but have rental properties via the ZHAUNS FAMILY TRUST - which their staff at Zhauns Business Opportunities help with THIS IS A COMPLAINT FROM A RENTER OF ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!! Even their staff say they are nasty people (Who I will keep anonymous - for their safety) I am absolutely disgusted at the experience I have had with this company I rented an apartment unit from them The first day I was meant to do my entrance inspection - the man I was meant to meet (Shaheen) was 2 hours late as he went to a dentist appointment, but failed to let me know. - so I waited, as I had already paid my deposit (which they were very quick to take) so I wasn't going to delay the process anymore, it was getting to the last day of the month and the new tenant for my previous apartment was moving in. I get in to the unit and because it was month end - it was rushed and they had not got the unit cleaned OR Painted or repaired from the previous tenants I said its ok - I got a cleaning lady to come in and help me and together we got the unit looking better. (It was quite dirty - very dusty etc) in fact I even have some photos that I took Anyhow I move in against my better judgment at their lack of "Customer care" and I start receiving my statements, I make my automatic payment every month in time - no problems and I eventually check my statement and I see that I am owing them some money, panicked, I call to find out why I am owing money if I make my monthly payments. "Apparently I get charged for additional fees etc) - None of which I was told by the way - so I again called their offices. I stated via email and telephonically - that I will pay any outstanding amount if they can show me where in my contract it states that I am liable. This was a fight for 6+ months - where they did not send me anything in my lease - I checked "Section 4" of my lease which they said stated everything and I returned By email a copy circling section 4 "where it does not clearly state I am liable) I had made NUMEROUS calls to their offices - Spoke with a lady who was exceptionally rude (Shadiqah) (Who did apologize during a call, but then did the same thing over again) emails, calls - messages back and forth but not advising their MANAGER "LUCAS" They then decide to block me from making any purchases on my electricity app. So I couldn't buy electricity - I call the electricity company, speak to someone there and he says sure he will activate it so I can purchase, Two days later - WITH NO WARNING, NO CALL, NO EMAIL, (Baring in mind I had been emailing them for the past 8 months about the issue) THEY CUT MY ELECTRICITY!!!! I called them immediately - no response - eventually got hold of Lucas - The manager After an hour of back and forth and his inappropriate comments- "ooh I must come visit you hey - Cant wait to see you in person - you are quite a fiesty one" - so I said well damn if I cannot make use of my Power which I HAVE PAID FOR, then of course I will be upset. I got very heated - I got home to no power and after a long angry discussion with LUCAS he got the power turned back on -(After about an hour of back and forth) and 5 minutes after they put my power back on - loadshedding hit. Needless to say I was SUPER ****ED off. I have since given notice that I WILL NOT be extending my lease, and I will be leaving their premises at the end of my lease I have yet to receive my entrance inspection list WHICH I HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE times. I get told that Shaheen has it in his car and he will be in later, I email again, oh I will sent it when he is back, I call - their rude receptionist just transfers me to some other lady who has no clue how to assist me (Do you mean to tell me - that he is carrying around Documents in his car for over a year)? I leave multiple messages for Shadiqah - Shaheen - Lucas and no response. Even their staff say they are nasty people (Who I will keep anonymous - for their safety) I WANT MY ENTRANCE INSPECTION LIST - (Also I don't recall signing one - which I would like to confirm) I have asked their maintenance team to come and assist with a leaking tap (Which they advised is a problem in the building and not just my unit), the sliding door has no rollers/wheels as the manufacturer is out so been waiting 10 months for that, Have had a broken shelf in the cupboard for a year which was never fixed. They are quick to take my money, but disgusting at service or even human interaction, I even took time from work to assist them when the unit below me had a leak - (And let me add - about 4 attempts) where they had to re "waterproof my patio or something) I accommodated by coming home - opening up for them etc. (The maintenance team is very sweet though) DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Save yourself the stress, the headache the waste of time and energy !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND rent elsewhere. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! - they will take your money and give you nothing but disrespect with a rude and disgusting attitude back!!!
I crashed my car. What a bad day I have been waiting for 2 months now for my crashed vehicle to be fixed. Stansure/Standard Bank Vehicle Insurance, gave me the name of their APPROVED DEALERSHIP in cape town CK COACHWORKS who would be doing my vehicle It is month 2 already and I get an email after missing their call and calling back and I get told I must wait another 3-6 weeks for one of my parts which are now on backorder with this delay and not having a vehicle I contact Standard bank to see what they are doing about it I called Standard bank/ Stansure and spoke to an agent who said that CK Coachworks probably don't want to assist as there are public holidays ahead and just arent "Lis" for lack of better words She also mentioned that if CK Coachworks don't find parts at their suppliers they will put second hand parts on my car found at s****yards. I asked for the recording which she told me no, I must go to the bank to listen to it. I have written her name down, but can't seem to find it, I called 30 March 2023 at 16:19 from my mobile number linked to my profile with them SHE was RUDE!!!!, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD NO RESPECT!!! She also proceeded to tell me that someone in her "procurement" department would get back to me the following day, because I asked her after a lengthy conversation to put me through to management, but she said NO because it was 16:31 and they were done for the day and would not help me, also they work from home so they are unavailable. Literally a minute after what she said was knock off time!!!!! 16:31 Furthermore to all of this, I have had to arrange the loan vehicle myself, cancel, rearrange then cancel, now again rearrange. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM!!!!!!!!! There has been a lady by the name of Nthabiseng from Gage car Hire, who has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR, professional, helpful, friendly. She is brilliant and understands customer service. (I will be giving her a 5star rating/review I am absolutely horrified by this experience especially being my first ever accident and claim and this has been the process. I am disgusted at the sheer disrespect from the Standard bank agent, the lack of communication overall from all parties and just the disgusting experience. I am STILL without a vehicle. I pay my insurance without any issue every month - have no problem to pay the excess and am absolutely fed up I could understand a 3 month delay if I was driving some limited edition car perhaps - Not a regular Chevy Spark!
