Wesslink installed an inverter for me. I am very happy as always with the level of service that I received. It is always a blessing working with such friendly professionals.
Came across an old review I posted for this amazing company. And felt guitly as I have used Wesslinks services several times since my first review and I havnt taken the time to share what an amazing job this company does again. They are consistent and always go over and above what is asked of them. My experience with them is always a good one. When I call to request assistance I am always pleasently greeted with the friendliest how can we help, till the very end when I receive my invoice with a more than fare rate especially since I almost always receive same day service. Thank you Wesslink for all that you do.
Spotify you have a good app going for you. An app that I enjoy using. The only suggestion I have is that you make it easier for a client to get technical suuport. I struggled for hours trying to figure out how i can get in touch with a human for technical support. I ultimately found it via watching youtube videos and the problem was resolved with the support team. Please come up with a better way for a client to have quick access to technical support with a human.
I tried so hard to find an affordable company operating in peak December time and eventually came across Wesslink Electrical. They where at my property the same day and sorted out my tripping problem. Tx for the friendly service.
