Impossible to give any rating. They are bad debts. Been chasing payment of two invoices since 2021 and no response, telephonically or e-mail.
From 08H00 this morning I have been trying to get into payroll but the message is that they are making some improvements and will be back soon!!!!!!!! How soon is soon?????? Paying the staff salaries must be done before 2pm. As I type this message it is now 1.10pm and still no Sage login, only the same improvements message. I have phone the 011 number as well as the 012 number and each contact number give you the options of "press one for ... / press two for .... / and so on. After 30 MINUTES I was still waiting for someone who could tell me about their improvements and how much longer this will take. I am absolutely disgusted in their service in respect of speaking to someone, anyone regarding a general question which holding up my work.
