I made the mistake to order a special package on Canvas and More on the 28th of November 2025 with the option of putting the order through in the following 6 months. It was a very busy time for so I only got to put my order in in January. Firstly by that time the link they sent to me had expired. They re-send the link, but it still did not work. I was then advised to use Wetransfer to send the pictures, which I did on the 25th of January already. I enquired as to how I will indicate which photo should be printed on which size canvas and they rep**** that one of the 'designers' (I cannot remember the exact term) will contact me about my order. No one has contacted me yet about the sizes of my canvases but I have received 3 mails to tell me that they cannot start with my order as they have not received my pictures yet and then I sent through the email again that states that my Wetransfer was successful. I order some of the canvases specifically for a friend of mine whose birthday it was today on the 18th of February suffice to say I did not have a gift for her today. In the past I have been very happy with their service, but then I ordered the canvas immediately after paying.
After I had an issue and it was brought to the attention of the customer service manager, Jurgens Liebenberg, the issue was resolved promptly and in such a way that they have made a client for life. Thank you Lekkeslaap and Jurgens especially for the great service you offer South Africans in experiencing our beautiful country. A holiday or weekend getaway should be without worries and that is exactly what you offer at reasonable prices. Many other companies in South Africa can learn from your example what it means to have good customer services. I believe that Lekkeslaap will only go from strength to strength with employees like Jurgens in their service.
