First you hound a person on a monthly basis so that can help them with financial assistance. And once they have done all their due diligence and decide to go with Pro Debt Advisors, cause this will help you to get better rates on repayments, ect... . Once they have debited your account for the first month you get no communication from them, your accounts phone you to find out why payment has not been done and you say, they are should have paid by then and you have to contact Pro Debt advisors, if they answer you back. You send messages, they get read, but no replies. You send emails due to documents that are so badly written that you highlight and send it back for them to correct as some words are 4 in one and that cannot be a legal document to sign. Then to put the cherry on top, Pro Debt Advisors debit your account the day before pay say, REALLY!!! PRO DEBT ADV. Is that how you do business
Am not willing to give a star, but I have to give something so that this post can be accepted. The delivery of our furniture and boxes was horrendous as some of the furniture and big items were damaged/broken. This was documented on the checklist, but no contact was done from management. Boxes were put in the incorrect rooms for unpacking. They were put down either upside down or on their side. Who will put boxes marked kitchen this way as they are packed upright. E-mails sent to management and no reply received. Had to phone them to get a reply. The fact that unpacking and sorting is stressful enough, then you still have to fill in claim form and find a place to scan and e-mail it back as no internet at home. I would think that if your items are insured for the move that if something happens like this that they themselves will come and asses and do the claim. Really??
