There is a new method of sending an ewallet at FNB that deceives you by sending cash to an FNB account directly when infact you mean to send an ewallet. Incase of an emergency you are unable to retrieve that money because it went straight into the account and not an ewallet. When calling their customer service or go into the branch, you are given the run around and told but "you chose to pay it that way" when in actual fact it should be left as the known ewa6and not make you chose to pay into account just because they notice it is an FNB registered number. Please review because I want my refund.
Had a very bad experience yesterday at the Creativity clothing shop at Trade route mall. I was told not to enter with my shopping trolley with my shopping in it and had to stand at the door. While standing outside with the trolley, 3 customers entered with trolleys and nothing was said to them about leaving their trolleys outside. So I went to complain at the manager but she had so many invalid excuses and did not even find it necessary to apologize when I even asked if it was discrimination or racism. She then asked mevti explain to 2 more employees who were also not helpful at all and I told them I was going to report them to the highest authorities. I was unfairly treated at that store and is really unhappy.
