My overall experience with dealing and ordering from Something Sassy was disgusting. I do not under any circumstances recommend ordering from them. The customer service I received was pathetic. I ordered the items on the 23rd of October and was told they would be delivered within 3-5 working days. After a week I sent a follow up email asking when I could expect to receive my order to which I received no reply. I sent another 3 emails all of which were never responded to. Then eventually I got Jemima’s (the owner) number and called her. After numerous tries, I got through to her and was told I would receive my order by the end of the week. However, the end of the week came and I had not received my order. After many calls reminding them about my order it was finally delivered on the 15th of November. I opened up my package (which were not any of the original colours and sizes that I ordered!) and one of the pairs had two rather large holes in them. So again I contacted Jemima and she said that they would be replaced within the week. They were not. I have still not received a replacement and then was eventually told I would receive a refund. Well it is now the 23rd of December and I have still not received my refund. Absolutely appalling customer service and overall interaction with the company. Jemima obviously does not care about her brands image in the slightest which is quite concerning and sad.
