My overall experience with dealing and ordering from Something Sassy was disgusting. I do not under any circumstances recommend ordering from them. The customer service I received was pathetic. I ordered the items on the 23rd of October and was told they would be delivered within 3-5 working days. After a week I sent a follow up email asking when I could expect to receive my order to which I received no reply. I sent another 3 emails all of which were never responded to. Then eventually I got Jemima’s (the owner) number and called her. After numerous tries, I got through to her and was told I would receive my order by the end of the week. However, the end of the week came and I had not received my order. After many calls reminding them about my order it was finally delivered on the 15th of November. I opened up my package (which were not any of the original colours and sizes that I ordered!) and one of the pairs had two rather large holes in them. So again I contacted Jemima and she said that they would be replaced within the week. They were not. I have still not received a replacement and then was eventually told I would receive a refund. Well it is now the 23rd of December and I have still not received my refund. Absolutely appalling customer service and overall interaction with the company. Jemima obviously does not care about her brands image in the slightest which is quite concerning and sad.

My experience has been super disappointing and I would not advise individuals to purchase from the website. The communication has been poor and no feedback is given. I have made numerous attempts by email and Instagram texts. There is no telephone number to discuss issues. I have had a couple of long outstanding orders which was promised to be fulfilled by October, the stock never came. No communication or attempt to look into the matter. I requested a refund for all my open orders and again no response. If you own a business and you are here to serve your customers then value and honour them. Please take the review seriously, the matter will not be left like this.

I have never experienced worse service than I have with this Company. I'm still convinced it is a scam. I ordered an item on 5 September 2019 and was assured that it would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. To date hereof I have not received the item or received a refund despite requesting a refund for about 3 weeks now. The owner, Jemima, keeps making empty promises without following through. I have been promised a refund numerous times now but have still not received payment. It is further almost impossible to reach anyone at the company, as all 6 emails went unanswered. I have resorted to text her on Instagram and if I get a response, which I rarely do, she promise to refund me, however have to date hereof not done so. I am super disappointed with the horrible service, and still think that rhe whole "business" might be a scam. I would highly advise everyone to not fall for this scam as I have.

I ordered some garments from Hey Something Sassy which had a size change policy if the garment ordered does not fit. I contacted them just after I received my order to change the size. They firstly took almost 2 weeks to get back to me, then they eventually sent me the new garment, which was the wrong item and the wrong size, they collected it and sent a new one which was the incorrect garment again. Now I can't get hold of them, and to this day, almost 2 months later I still don't have what was ordered. This is insanely ridiculous and freaking disappointing service!!
