Absolutely poor after sales service and living conditions are non compliant ito OHASA Cinrinuwa plumbing issuess leaks, electrical problems, buildings crumbling , floods inside and out on balconies, unsatinary plumbing conditions left for minimum 5 days until images are submitted, noise by revving vehicles and rudeness and unprofessional treatment by Management agents Millward ang King, namely Gwehtholine and Crystal Mauritz, poor quality plastic cheap fixtures , no coneen for fanilies wity children in damp wet conditions with roofs cavingin in and revently communicated that they do not have the funds for any further repairs which they are responsible for. Pests breading as a result of repair plumbing work not attended roaince July 2020 No communication from the Body Corp. Lack of any care or involvement from the BC and RPF. Unprofessional and suspicious behaviour from rental consultants on site for hours For personal reasons.dishonest , unprofessional, unreliable behaviour specifically by rental consultant Crystal Mauritz. I wouldn't advise anyone to consider renting at The Plams, Ottery.
Zone fitness sales staff selling contracts on special and one is unable, not just myself ,others too, to book sessions. Their processes are filled with shady booking for the same people during the week. The management do not respond. The sales consultant do not feed back & the whole experience especially during lockdown has been unpleasant and completely unsatisfactory. They also refuse to refund after promising to refund the deposit to an unemployed client . Numerous follow ups done to no avail. Please assist . Thank you
Vodacom Online Sales - contacted me in November and offered a 3 in 1 package . Th epackage was effective 01/12/2019 . I received the handsets as promised within the turnaround time as advised by S. Singh ,who was a pleasure to deal with and convinced me to accpet the special offer . She also mentioned that effective 1/12/2019 , the new data and pricing will be immediately introduced and added to my account . Well , it is 24/12/2019 and my data bundle is still at it's old value . Numerous calls later to the online sales team and my query has not been resolved and has cost me extra expense for data .
