They are really great, they were so willing and prepared to correct any mistakes they made. Good customer service from all team members.
I had bought goods from this online store before reading the reviews on hellopeter. When I didn't get an immediate response or parcel tracking number from them after I had paid the invoice, I searched for their reviews here and when I saw how negative 99% of them are I was shocked to my core, believing that I had just been scammed out of my hard earned money. So I quickly set about calling my bank to get the EFT payment reversed, opened a fraud case at my local police station and sent a sworn affidavit to the bank. When I did finally hear from the business owner (via email) about delivering my goods, I thought he was just keeping the scam alive and really did not expect the goods to be delivered. In fact I thought he was just making things worse for himself and giving me more evidence to use, to prove that it's a fraudulent business when the goods never arrive. To my surprise he called me, 2 working days later than when the goods were originally set to be delivered, to clarify my address so that he can personally deliver my goods as his employees had struggled to find my home over the last 2 working days. He actually did deliver the goods, exactly what I ordered and it all seems to be in good condition. I told him about my experience and what I thought was going on in terms of it being a scam and that he needs to manage his business's profile/reviews on hellopeter.com. He advised that there seems to be a number of misunderstandings that are not always clarified. He then also told me that you (a customer) can opt to rather pay for goods on delivery - cash on delivery. I have since phoned my bank to advise them of the delivery of goods and that I am withdrawing the fraud case. This all happened in the space of just over a week (9. days), from order to delivery. I really wish he would take to managing the reviews he gets on here, as people trust what they read on hellopeter. I'm so glad I wasn't scammed - it would have been a first.

On the 15th of December I ordered a few products online from your store for delivery to JHB, the parcel was meant to arrive by Friday 20th of December or at the latest Monday the 23rd of December, it never did. I called your customer support number for assistance locating the parcel and getting an answer as to when it will be delivered (hopefully before Christmas), my last interaction with your staff member (Chadwin) was at around 3pm yesterday and still no feedback from him… Anyway I called Dawn wing myself at 4pm yesterday, they managed to help and confirmed that the package was in their warehouse in JHB (Isando). I then arranged that I would pick it up myself from the warehouse today, which I have just done. There was no concrete explanation as to why my parcel wasn’t delivered or when they planned on doing so….might have only got it next year, if I was lucky it seems. Upon opening my parcel and checking my order, the Flora Force milk thistle I ordered was not there, instead I got Flora Force Alvega-3!. As a first time customer to your online store this has not been a great experience thus far and I still have one more outstanding order with you guys that is meant to arrive soon, as well as the milk thistle that I informed you support staff of via the phone about an hour ago (can’t recall the lady’s name who helped me). So I am a bit anxious. I hope this gets resolved - in terms of customer service, the next best thing you can do is resolve this well and quickly
