Not being able to phurchase because one of te cashiers refused my R5 coins
I went to traderoute mall Woolworths with a bag R5 coins worth R200 and the cashier told she can only take R100 she can’t except the whole R200 because even the bank they are being charged for bringing coins and that too much coins get lost when they cash up they tend to fall

Incorrect information misleading custommers
I booked on the 18 September 2019 for December holidays for a family of 6 my booking was for breafast and dinner when i received confirmation from grace confirming that my bookings included dinner and breafast when we got to the venue on the 24 December 2019 ready to have dinner my parents we were told that only 4 people can be served the other 2 were not booked for dinner i queried with management and I was told theres nothing they can do we need to pay for the other 2 even after i showed them communication on email between me and the person whom made the reservation and confirmed bookings and details . Totally not happy with the feedback from management
