Cancelation
If ther was minus star rating I'd rate them.that it's months since I've been sending then requests for cancelation. I'm going to report them as ***** now because I have a choice they promises are empty and bunch of dishonest people.

Feedback delayed
I am still waiting for Ntsoaki the person that was kind enough to respond to my first review, because time lost means no pay for me this is going on now almost 2months. She promised to get my line cancelled asap. But I'm still waiting. And I need to work. I don't know if they are aware that I'll go the legal route and they will have to employ me should I lose my job and payme my last month's salary and all the loses I incurred. Please ensure that your work is kept as promised I need to sign with another isp asap. You promised me I'll give you till Monday morning

Appalled
Appalling service almost 3months being paying line I cannot use due to latency they lie you cannot contact them telephonicaly because they know they are shady, they even block migration to other isp. My issue is urgent 2months without pay and I stand a chance of losing my job as Fibre a prerequisite. I've heard it with endless one way communication. I've lost alot in the past 2month didn't pay kids fees because I didn't work Now going LEGALLY AND ON TELEVISION EVERY PUBLIC SPACE .

Horrible service
If there was zero rating or a minus I'd give them. They don't respond to my emails. They have somany outages. Their whatsapp line is always non responsive. They will keep you waiting. No correspondence in terms of outages. This is the worst ever. I'm working and if I have no signal I'm not getting paid I pay them on time but they give horrendous service. I need one lady called Chantel apparently she's the most helpful. Please I need to know what's happening I cannot work will they give me my 2days worth of salary
