I ordered before Lockdown and was informed my parcel will be delivered 26 March after realising it was not delivered and no one called to inform me of the delays i tracked the parcel and it was on delivered status i tried to call but could not go through, i then sent an email and explained i spoke to Valentia who contacted the courier and then came back to me amd apologised for inconvenience and told me the parcel will be delivered after lockdown. The lockdown regulations were lifted still no delivery and i enquired now different people were responding and i tried explaining again but they insist i recieved the parcel and they send me proof of delivery of which i dont even know the person who recieved my parcel and i never recied any call on the day orgave any consents that the parcel should be recieved by someone else except for me. Im no longer getting any response from take a lot and i have asked to be called back as i cant go through when i call them. Im so dissapointed and angry coz they treat me like a liar who recieved the parcel. When you order from them be careful this might happen to you as well
I booked a bus that was supposed to depart at 19:00 its now an hour late there's no bus and whats's even worse no one seem to care no one is saying anything and no one at their offices (Park Station) What a bad service
