Fail to give refund on the deposit I paid when I first occupied their parking space.
Bad Judgment....... 😡 Gaurdrisk have decline my claim based on the below. Your claim has been repudiated by the Insurer owing to the claim falling outside the scope of cover as provided by the Policy and has been repudiated for the following reason(s): 1. There was no force or threat of force when the device was ****** from you. But when I lodge my claim I stated that I lost the device and it was not the theft. I been trying to call them and emailing them but no assistance to ask them to recall this misleading outcome.But I can't get hold of them. Kindly contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!
Very poor customer service after you lodge a claim you are the one who have to run around following uf on the claim and they wants to waste time and they don't have even the TAT on the clsim
The proline service is very Poor my vehicle was not completed for every dents that was on the car. But when i engaged with them they told me that they will have to do the full inspection in order for them to know how much to charge me so they did that i was charged R140k but the car wasn't fixed as per their say full inspection as they left some dents on my car.
The Customer service is very poor you stay on the call for hours until you become number 1 in line but still no one answer the call. Imagine you wants to use the service but you cant get hold of the once you are a customer will they service you better 😡😡
I bought a fridge online on the 27th of November 2019, my order\tracking number is 500128136. I have made numerous calls trying to track my order to no avail. I eventually received a call on the 20th of December confirming that my delivery will be done on the 21st of December which was on a Saturday, a confirmation was received from Zaheer. On my confirmation ticket my address was still spelt incorrectly. I tried calling the call center number on 0860459459 and agents are extremely rude and kept hanging up on me. I then resorted to calling the head office and was put through to Shoba who is the eCommerce Manager, she requested that i send an email to her which i did to confirm delivery but till this day there has been nothing. I am actually disgusted by JD Group customer service and lack of respect for their customers. The amount of money i have spent on takeaways is close the price of the fridge, a simple fridge takes more than a month to be delivered. I want that fridge delivered today or money back. This is the last time I will be using your service.
