Home connect via Vumatel
I applied for fibre to home on the 18th of January 2021 2 days later i called to follow up on the status of my application only to be told my poa did not load on their system which i promptly did....several unanswered emails later i called again to then be told the previous line has not been cancelled and this was causing the delay....i tracked down the previous tenant of the house who assured me if he did not cancel the line he would not be able to install a new line at his current address......do these people want my business or is this par for the course with them?i even asked them to install a new line as i was a new customer......do i wait another month or move on and find a service provider who will take the service part seriously?
