Actually, my rate is negative (-5) After refusing to take my debit card & American Swiss, and after offering to leave a deposit of whatever amount up to R100k, Woodford promised to reverse my +R5k on the 14th/11 because i wanted to book from another Rental company. The idiots made to sit and wait for reversal knowing that they were lying. Today is Monday the 18th and still mum about paying back. Its called bad business practice and theft
This property appears wonderful on the internet but the reality is totally the opposite. Our rooms were filthy and smelly, infested with flies and spiders. Furniture is rotting and old. no phones, no assistance. The reception lady was not helpful at all. We had to wait 45 minutes for a waiter, who was absolutely useless. The tables were dirty, patrons scrambled for simple things like a teas****. We ended having to eat 54km away for two days. The reception blamed Management labeled as greedy and unwilling to provide basic necessities. I subsequently sent a complaint and met with arrogance and an empty and meaningless so-called apology. If owners were not greedy as purported by an employee, they would have considered reimbursing breakfast we paid for. The business has great potential however lacks leadership and courtesy. I would not recommend the facility to anyone who wants value for money. Half the patrons we met were also complaining.
