App**** for property to rent and later was asked to pay application fee of R1350 then given a lease to sign. Few days later was told application declined and no refund.
After my complain with Capitec matter got worse. I was assaulted by there staff member who slammed my laptop after asking to email her statement that was downloaded when the incident took place. She gave me attitude and when I complained to the manager nothing was done but she come running to attack me in the branch cause i was taking a video of her giving me attitude.
Capitec support service is very poor, I have been missing money from my account and my statement does not add up. Each time I call Capitec for feed back I am told the matter is being investigated. How can a bank not log transaction on a statement.
