I rented a house from 1 December 2024 to 30 September 2025, I lost my job in June and managed to get a job in Cape Town starting 1 October 2025, I told them I had to move, the contract stated that if I move out early I won’t get my rental deposit but will get the balance of my utility deposit after they deduct the last months bill, when moving in, the house wasn’t ready or prepared and they never fixed anything, after two months asking about the repairs I decided to let it be, now after moving out they are refusing to pay me my utility deposit which was R3 000, they saying now they fixed the house with the rest of the money, when they know they didn’t fix the house when I moved in, they started by ignoring my emails asking about the deposit and now they are saying I won’t get it back, such horrible company, their manager was rude and dropped the call on me when I decided to call them after a month of emails being ignored, even the admin lady won’t listen to what I’m saying, and what makes matters worse is the agent I was dealing with left the company, so far he is helpful providing all the info as I know it to be.

PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. Rented a property in waterfall and promised by Taine that plumbing issues will be sorted out before we move in. R33 000 later, nothing is done. As for the brandh manager Noleen, she is Rude and doesn't give a damn about her Clients. All you get is "I'm on a call", with not callback. Now, a plumbing bill for a property that was approved by Taine is at my expense as they don't answer when it comes to payment, whilst I have a contractor was outside for his payment or R2800. We cannot even open the windows or doors from the suirige gushing down the side of the house, over and above moving to a property without electricity. This service is unacceptable and suggest NOBODY deals with this business. They are useless behond measure and are only there for your money. Noleen, if you read this! I hope you never have one more client. You are your business and your ethics and values have clearly duplicated on your staff. USELESS ****** BUSINESS! ****** unhygienic and causes a risk to our health. Wish there was an option to show you guys pictures reading this review. You will be shocked!

If you not going to make this company the highest offer, they will drag their heels, not return calls etc anything to make sure your bond application time expires so they can go on to the next better offer. All round shocking service and absolutely useless agent Taine Tarpey- who wouldn’t know how to tell the truth if it slapped him in the face!

I am absolutely appalled at the behaviour of this company!! I received a WhatsApp today from their agent Taine Tarpey. Basically telling me they want to sell my house for me. First of all, I don't own a house. She was supposed to have sent this message to my mother. When I asked where she got my number from, she quickly stated she got it from an app linked to the deeds office and it's in line with the popi act. Well, I am no fool. When I Informed her that what she is doing is illegal she gave me a reply dripping in attitude and proceeded to block me. Shocking!!! Don't ever deal with these people. Honestly horrific behaviour

Ingwe Property group Pinetown is by far the most unprofessional estate agency I have worked with thus far. Themba Nzama and his Principal Noeleen Naidoo will do anything to close of a sale. They do not consider the needs of the seller or buyer. All they care about is the commission. They are NEVER available to answer your calls or emails. Weeks go by with no communication from them yet you are their client. THEMBA NZAMA is condescending and fraudulent. If you are looking to buy or sell Please DO NOT ever consider going to Ingwe Properties. I heard of an incident before mine also involving Ingwe Properties but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. What a disappointment.

INGWE PINETOWN BRANCH (NOLEEN NAAIDO AND THEMBA NZAMA) On the 4th of March I received a call from an agent from Ingwe who wanted to valuate my property for free (THEMBA NZAMA). He came on the 6th of March and my mistake was mentioning that the reason why I consented to the valuation of the house was because I am considering selling. HE then took the opportunity to sell it, on 7 March he asked me to sign a Sole Mandate and I did. Same day the house was online and same day he came with a buyer to view, and the buyer wanted the house lower than the sale price of R925, I said to Themba I want a full offer first, he made me sign 2 Offers within 24 hours and did not give me copies of those offers. Thereafter every week I would ask if the full offer was winning or not, he would tell me banks take 10 or so days to agree. My last Whatssup to him 18March asking about the sale of the house, he said "it is promising". Then at work there was an upgrade to my Salary, and I called Themba Nzama to tell him I am no longer selling because of the upgrade to my Salary. He said I must pay him Commission. I asked him for what because I have not received any email or anything telling me who is getting the house. He then mentioned Norleen Naidoo (Principal), and attorneys will call me. They have never called. Today an Evaluator (from ABSA came to valuate my property and I thought he was the Assessor for floods. David the ABSA employee said it’s because my house is on sale. I than contacted Themba, and he confirmed that the 2nd cheapest buyer who happens to be his relative, is getting my house. I am not a willing seller in Themba and Norleens scam. Themba mentioned that Norleen Naidoo the owner of the business is the one forcing him to go on with the sale. Mind you his sole mandate date expired on 7May, but they are processing everything behind my back. 1.I don’t have copies of the 2 offers to purchase. 2. I don’t have copy of the sole mandate with the agent’s name 3. I don’t have any email communication 4. The buyer that was sidelined does not have any formal communication I have spoken to Themba Nzama, the estate agent today that I said I am not selling. He continued to say his principal is forcing him to go on with the sale. My efforts of getting hold of Norleen Naidoo are in vain. I than looked for their credentials at PPRA, Themba Nzama does not have a certificate and is not registered. I was shocked beyond major. But I realised that that is why he is doing UNETHICAL business because Norleen is registered so Themba is doing the dirty work on the companies’ behalf. I want to nullify the sale. I am not selling my house and I cannot be forced to sell by anyone in SA or Abroad. Themba Nzama and Norleen Naidoo must produce a lot of documentation validating the sale that they have not been transparent and honest about from day 1.

Denzel Samuels outstanding service in Pinetown branch. He would keep you informed for every move from sourcing of finance to sealing of deal. If I were to choose employee of the year he would be my no.1 nominee
