March 2024 I did not receive data for internet from DSTV and I have been calling the whole month yet no one assisted me, instead I have been promised they load it and the team leader/supervisor will contact me, no even a consulted has ever called me and worse I was misled when they sold me explore last month with the promise of free extra view and will pay R599 for all including internet but now I am paying R876. they won't composita me for my data I bought using my money yet I have paid DSTV and all the airtime I have been using since last month to call an d follow up. I WON'T RECOMMEND DSTV TO ANYONE EVEN IF IT'S FREE THEIR SERVICE IS BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.
for the past 2months I couldn’t use my decoder as it was inactive only 100 chanel was playing and been calling for this to be resolved ever since, my Internet is not working. I have been streaming all this time and that's extra data from what I already pay. their service is really poor I get different excuses everytime.

I have been taking my car to Nissan THE GLEN in Johannesburg for the cluster replacement and gear box check for the past 6 months before lock down and again yesterday. The first time they ordered the part which took 3-5 to arrive then for six months I have been turned 4 times away. 1. I went in the morning at 6:30am left my car only to be told at 15:47 that they were over booked they couldn’t change the cluster and that happened twice in different days. 2. Yesterday 14th May 2020 I took the car again as I booked and they told my car will be the first to be attended 6:26 I was the and the first client but some cars from city of Joburg were attended too first and only to be told at 10:54 that the cluster is wrong and doesn’t fit on my car. All this time they were busy with other cars hence they told me after 10am that the cluster is wrong and I have been waiting for the car. Be aware that the warranty is ending soon and my problem has not yet been fixed. I use this bakkie to deliver products as I run a poultry farm. I have wasted my time and taking half day leave just to be told such stories and excuses now what will happen that my warranty will expire at 60 000KM must I pay for the car to be fixed myself. on the 14th March 2020 I went to Engen garage in Mfolo/white city I realized that I forgot my wallet and did not have cash on me but luckily I had Engen app to pay, the petrol attendants helped me without any difficulty and they were friendly made me feel trusted and comfortable. other Engen garages never allowed me to use it as they thought I was gonna run away or scam them.
I took my car September 2019 for a routine inspection as I had cluster problem they then said they will order it and it will take 30days, 2 months later I haven't received their call so I call back November 2019 to find out but I was never given a straight answer instead they told me to wait 60 days again. I was then only called on the 26th February 2020 and made a booking to be bring the car on the 28th February 2020, on that Friday 28th I took my car early in the morning before 7am and around 3pm they called me to say they will fetch me to take my car I waited 45minutes at their reception as no one was given me answers about my car and I was not the only one. they then told me my car was not fixed as they were over booked the whole day my car was there and only to be told around 4:30pm that it was not done. they asked if I can bring it Monday 4th March 2020 I told them I can't as I have meeting to attend at different provinces so the guy said they will come fetch the car at my work place Tuesday 3rd March 2020 nothing happened until I called today around 7am only to be told they will call me back still no one called me, I then called back 10:30am only to be kept hold as no one had answers. worst this is not the first time once my auxiliary was broken inside the radio by their technicians and I had to replace my radio still no one gave me answers then or wrote down my complain only word of mouth I waited till I bought a new radio there was no answer still.
I called to get help on the 27th February 2020 about suspended services and this is the second time I call about the same issue last month the consultant told me they will fix my problems as I have changed debit dates and today another consultant tells me I owe November premium in February I then asked how cause I have a bank statement that shows in December they debited twice and she agreed before she transferred me but yet insisted that I owe the November. I don't get it how could same company tell me different stories every time I call and why they debited twice December if I'm still owing November. I requested to cancel but they said they cant cancel as this is a contract and on the sale desk I was told is a month to month service no contract cause then I was changing my trackers. their service has disappointed me.
