What a shocking and disappointing experience - bought the Easy Living sofa from Weylandts at over R100k and after less than three years the material is tearing (having treated it as per instructions) - on contacting them we get a - sorry out of warranty, and we cant even replace what is torn as it is discontinued and replaced with 'thicker' material. We where told we can purchase the new thicker material at R38k!!! and it will take 6 months - WHAT A JOKE!!!!! You would expect a R100k sofa to last a couple of decades!!!!! Stay away - service and quality is shocking!!!! I will be taking this to the consumer council!!!
What a horrible experience - myself and my son have literally been harassed by the King Price investigator after my son had an accident with one of my cars. They even went as far as to go to my sons place of work and interrogated him there and phoned me on my holiday and interrogated me on the phone - making accusations and treating us like we are ********s!! This is not what I signed up for when I signed up for insurance- completely unacceptable!!
