Con-man, untrustworthy. Non payment of full refund due.
Alu-Decor Glass and Alliminium in not to be trusted with your money. I placed an order Dec 2020 paid the required 60% deposit but due to unfortunate circumstances had to cancel my order, within 2 weeks, and was due full refund. Week after week Chris had excuses, made promises to pay and lied. I've been struggling for 7 months now, even as small a contribution as R2000 would be promised and not be paid. I've had to hand him over pending black listing. Do not trust this man with your hard earned money.

Scammed out of Month's Training Fees
I was scammed out of a month's training fees. Mike Jnr. arrived at our first session and then never again. Excuse upon excuse. He agreed a refund but after having to chase him for payment, he blocked me on WhatsApp. Next step will be to open a case at SAP.

Worst service and no delivery after over 1 MONTH
As per Jaco below worst experience of my life. I have been waiting for over 1 MONTH for the delivery of of furniture. I was very clear on delivery address for which I paid for! They had to deliver to my storage as they failed to deliver to my old address. That took so long that they needed to deliver to my new address because it is now over 1 month late. And I'm told by an administrator that unfortunately not. At this time of year. They will deliver to the storage unit WHERE MY STUFF IS NO LONGER KEPT. No phone calls. No Management intervention. I spent a lot of money. Never ever buy from Decofurn!!! .
