Hi i am Faith Thulisile Sennelo. I'm very angry with funeral investment services.. My references nu 7110190279083 FT Sennelo. I have a funeral cover with them since 2009-09-01.this year March they started to debit twice in one month and i have reported that almost every day and i was told that they will refine me, but nothing has happened i haven't get my money since and no one is attending my quire. And again this April on the 7 they did took debit order and again on the 15 April they took it again. Im so disappointed with thier services. No one is helping me with my queries. I was even thinking of closing my funeral cover but looking at the money i have paid them. Angry customer
I want to complement the uber service. On the 25th of December I use uber and i was charged R191. Then later day they took R344.27. Then on the 26th around 11:46 i lay a complain about me been over charged, around 1:47 my complain was sorted and they reverse my money back that i was over charged which is R153 back to my account. I am happy about uber services
