eDreams - DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM!!
I would most certainly not recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing any flights with eDreams. I had requested a cancelled 7days prior to my departure and till date (2months later), I have not received a refund on my flight. There isn't any proper contact details for this company nor do they provide you with legit information stating when your request will be processed. They are vague and keep stalling with scripted responses but not getting down to providing you with answers / feedback as to what you actually enquired about. I have sent numerous email (after a tiresome search on the net for a claims department) only for them to tell me to be patient even more and send the exact response everytime. Most certainly not recommended. This service provider for booking flights is the pits!!!

CHOCOLATE BAR - GATEWAY - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Awfully poor customer service Staff as well as the management have no mannerism and no clue about customer service Unprofessional service, manager refused to listen to what the customer wants and was very arrogant! Will not be returning to this place Chocolate Bar - Gateway
