Inconsiderate company
Wouldn't use a company that constantly puts stickers on your gate to advertise their company. Such a mission getting the stickers off. No care for your property before you are a customer. Don't even ask permission. Stickers pulled the paint off they were so stuck on.

Terrible quality and workmanship
I was so hesitant to post this but I think its due so others dont make the same mistake. They were very friendly but did not listen to the specs I asked for. Ordered it a few months back and now I'm still noticing where they made mistakes. The whole bed was not sanded properly. It's very rough and rubs on the mattress. It was also not painted properly at all. It's such bad quality I'm actually so unhappy with the bed. They took probably twice as long to make it than they said they would and did not put decent finishings on it.

Months of damp without effort to resolve the claim. No service, no follow up and No communication
Terrible at following up or letting you know what is happening with a claim. They continually try to take shortcuts and avoid doing what the companies recommend. (Companies suggested stripping the wall. So momentum sends a dehumidifier which obviously changes nothing to the wall when the moisture cant escape from all the layers in the wall. Only when it doesnt work a third company suggests stripping the wall first. Momentum just doesnt reply...) I have sent through 2 formal complaints. No follow up on these complaints either! We have had a damp/leak problem for months. They dont seem to see the urgency in resolving the issue. Our issue has apparently been escalated to so many different managers it's rediculous. None of them actually phone or email. Very fed up with the lack of service. This is not the first time we have had to claim. First time they also tried to follow shortcuts by not fixing all the leaking pipes. Only to have the pipes leak not long after again. Will never recommend them to anyone!!!

Exceptional
Been going there for probably around 20 years. Johan is very informative and exceptionally helpful. The staff have always been friendly and ready to help. Wouldn't change my optometrist.
