Absolutely disappointed with the service. I logged a query regarding not receiving any sms's and to date a new ticket keeps opening with no solution or any assistance
I have never been so hurt or in a state with an article that was released from the Middelburg observer in Middelburg Mpumalanga. My father is mentally ill and disabled. They were so quick to make an article without proof or facts about the matter. People all over and across the world have made such hurtful and rude comments towards the situation. Disrespected my family and my father. I would appreciate the article removed until proof has been provided and that an actual update be given of true facts. The journalist who was so quick to publish this Jana Boshoff didn't even have the audacity to contact any family member about this before having it put on social media. We are completely in shock and disgusted by most of the comments made and how viral this has gone. My father did not have any symptoms of COVID19 and he suffers from Schizophrenia, she simply took a one sided story and published with no consent. I am highly disappointed. I would appreciate all comments to be removed and that we have this cleared ASAP!
Not very impressed with the service received when in actual fact it isn't that busy inside. My sister in law waited almost an hour for a vegetarian platter. The waiter simple shrugged his shoulder saying he can't help the process and they have take away orders. We've been here so many times and this has been the worst. Wasabi is also very watery if we need to add to that!
