absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered some supplies on 16 December2022, and still waiting for feedback regarding delivery. Nowhere during the ordering process was it mentioned that there may be a delay.
Having had problems with my account, I went into the branch to close and reopen a new account with the same bank. Only to find that the staff member who assisted me, through her incompetence, did not actually close my previous account. Now having discovered this after a transfer was mistakenly made into the supposedly closed account, I am battling to get the bank to rectify the situation. The branch manager was "too busy" to take 5 minutes to see to my complaint, and after being promised to be contacted shortly, I am still waiting to hear from anyone at the Nedbank Clearwater branch. I find this service completely unacceptable and incompetent.
