I spoke to Pamela Njikazi she blamed me for upgrading my package which I didn't do. I kept on explaining to her it's not my fault but the person at shoprite. She even hanged up the phone in my ear. Very rude consultant. She must be fired. I had to call three times my issue is still not resolved
This company still debits my account for no reason tried blocking the debit order and disputing it. Nothing has been done by FNB. They debited my account with R229.00 in December 2019. Can someone assist.
