I’m so upset with how the nursing staff treat their patients! My mother is in there right in high care and they are so rude! Won’t let her keep anything with her, sent her iPad home with me because “she needs to rest” and now I’ve just had a friend of mine tell me they are man handling her, being very rough and not interested in what she says?! What has this place come too?? She’s got Lupus, has just had a back operation and they sent her Chronic meds home too?? And then still had the nerve to tell me she’s taking them?! Do something about your high care staff asap! Its disgusting!!
I placed an order on the 12th of December 2019 for a PS4 slim 1TB plus Extra dual shock controller. It all seemed legit and when they finally had stock I payed R4999 for it. EFT and sent the proof of payment through. Once it was accepted, I got my delivery date, 18 December 2019 at 16:00. Next email it told me it was out for delivery but I never got anything. When I queried it, the product was “damaged” in transit and they sourcing out another one but I can get a full refund if I wanted. So I gave them one more chance and apparently it’s still out for delivery. Now I hear nothing back from them and I’m really upset about it!! I’ve asked for a refund and I’ve asked where it is and I receive nothing back at all! What can I do to get that money back? Or is it to late? Someone please advice me on what to do...
