Lack of service!
Total lack of service! Placed an order on the 24th of April. (Paid for on the 24th of April) It is now the 26th of June and they still do not have my stuff. You can't get hold of the manager. If you call, you are referred to the sales team. (The sales team that can't get 2 shirts in 2 months) Will definitely not use Tradex or refer any business to use them. PPE is essential in the work place and Tradex clearly have no understanding of that. Honestly quite disgusted by the lack of service!

Incorrect Cart. Not as advertised.
I ordered my 5 year old son a drifter cart hoverboard attachment (as advised by exclusive brands) for Christmas. I was away and my son was staying with his grandfather at the time. They assembled the cart together and my son started riding. When I came back, I discovered that the cart that was delivered was not the cart I ordered. The cart we received had completely different handles as well as different wheels. The wheels could not swiffel around at all (as shown on their website), so the cart did not drift at all. I e-mailed exclusive brand the following. Hi there, Hope you are well. I ordered a drifter cart from you (order #####) it was delivered and kept in its box until yesterday. The cart we received is not a drifter cart. Please see attached photos. It has not got the correct handles and the wheels can not spin. It was put together by my father-in-law and there was no description in the box or on the instructions as to what cart this is. Unfortunately, my son did ride on it as I only returned from holiday this morning, to discover that it was not the correct cart. Please advise. Thank you This is the response i received the next day. Kindest Regards/Vriendelike Groete EBO Team Even though I had attached photos of the cart they advertise online and the cart that was delivered to us. The difference is clearly visible. I do realize the cart can turn...... but it definitely can NOT drift.......... as advertised. The cart that was delivered to us is not even advertised on their website. To top that all off. within the first 2 days, 50% of the nuts and *****s had fallen off due to the ****py quality. We had to replace the *****s and most of the nuts with lock nuts as to ensure the thing did not fall apart mid driving. Very disappointing in the product as well as the customer service.
