I bord a Millex air fryer 23L for R4099.00 on Millex site and when you buy it go's to exclusev brand from millex. I waited 2 weeks for it after I phone them and then it was strugel from Millex and exclisev brand to get asistans. When my airfryer arived it was the wrong one and á big price divrens it was R2500.00 now they say the one I orderd is dicontinued and they give me the 25L with rotusery. I am hapy a boud the big one but on they site they sell it for R2500. And I pay R4099.00 now they do not want to pay me the exstra money back.

I purchased an **iGlide® Kids Electric Ride On Car Grand UTV - 4XL Blue (Order #29078)** from Exclusive Brands Online in December. The car worked well for the first week, but shortly thereafter it began running shorter and shorter cycles. It has now completely stopped moving. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a single response. The company advertises “hassle-free repairs” and extended warranties, but at this point it feels incredibly misleading. Promising after-sales support and then failing to respond when something goes wrong undermines trust in your brand. The quality of the product is obviously terrible. I am clearly not the first person to experience issues like this, and I now regret not trusting the other bad reviews I read before making the purchase. It has only been a few weeks since purchase, and the car is no longer functioning. As a parent who spent hard-earned money on what was meant to be a special gift, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brand. I strongly encourage other parents to carefully consider where they spend their money, as the after-sales support appears to be non-existent.

We got a iglide for Xmas last year for our son. He hardly used it for 2hr. And it became faulty. It was really disappointing. We then gave it for repairs in early Jan. 2026. Then they say as we used it will not be replaced. How are we supposed to know it is faulty if we do not use it? When we ask for an update on the repairs they just gave us couple of pictures. What are we supposed to do with those pictures. Now it Mid Feb still no response or any updates from them.

Then they say as we used it will not be replaced. How are we supposed to know it is faulty if we do not use it? When we ask for an update on the repairs they just gave us couple of pictures. Received my order damaged and not in a working condition, sent it back exactly as is. I asked for a refund and they said they will give me a refund in 14 working days they will just need to subtract a repacking fee of R170 (for bubble wrap) I agreed. It has now been 18 days and they sent a mail now saying they will need to charge an extra R180 for courier fees(knowing they sent me a damaged product) and R400 because they didn't receive a charger. Why did they not communicate this after receiving back the package and done the assessment, because they are grasping at straws.

i have been disappointed by this company once again. its shocking that they are still in existence. their customer service does not exist. their items are not worth the money u pay to be honest. I bot 2 hoverboards,a gokart and an escooter from them in late november. from the time the items landed its been nothing but issues. eventually they uplifted the 2 hoverboards in early december, with my grandkids having a day of good usage. today its the 4th of feb i still have not received the hoverboards back. U CANNOT call them. if u email u get bounced emails and then an automated reply. Their watsapp is the only communication but theire again its hit or miss. i get told now the courier refuses to dekliver and has returned the goods to them. i wasnt even informed the goods had left them. i still have no clue wats going on. I AM AFRAID TO SEE THE condition when i receive these, thats if i ever do receive them. im so disappointed i wanted to buy 2 more gokarts but i am so so so afraid to trust this company again.

Ordered a scooter online on 2nd December as a Christmas present for my son. Website promised quick delivery. Was then informed that the item ordered was in fact not in stock and that delivery from China was delayed. Eventually the order was received just before Christmas. My little boy opened his present, only to find that the unit was defective. Due to an alignment issue on the chassis the battery was not secured in place and therefore kept losing connection and the device subsequently would not start. We had a very sad little boy as he couldn't enjoy his Christmas present. I returned the unit to the supplier on 2nd January. It is now 19th January and I have absolutely no worthy feedback regarding a replacement unit/refund. Various phone calls, emails etc. and I am simply told that it's in the queue to be looked at by a technician, or that someone will call me. On Friday last week I was told that someone would call me as it had been looked at, and no fault was found on the device (this is IMPOSSIBLE and I have photographs to prove as much). Still nobody has called me, answered an email or made any attempt to provide feedback. The scooter was just short of R7000. This is not a cheap purchase and considering this is our second purchase made through Exclusive Brands Online I am very very disappointed in the service (or lack thereof).

Pathetic service, ordered in November with the understanding that the products is pre-ordered but will arrive well in time. Soon after order was placed we received one scooter, totally wrong product and had to send it back. Last week we received another parcel, but with somebody else's computer stuff. After enquiring, Cathy the sales manager said she with investigate and phone back. Only received an email stating goods is still in the harbour and will only reach their warehouse +-19 December. No phone call from Cathy. We are leaving on vacation the 20th....Phoned again today to enquire on status, spoke to Karen who said she will speak to Cathy and then call back.... No call from Karen! So my wife commented on one of their Facebook posts which they deleted now.
