No use whatsoever. Never received any response from ANYBODY on this
Most disappointing vehicle I EVER bought, Useless service and NO customer care.
WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE AND VEHICLE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. After the first Haval H6 I bought nearly killed me by going into "limp" mode while I was overtaking a truck. I fought Raceview Motors for another vehicle. Now my haval H7 has been in for repairs for two weeks and STILL I have no transport. I spent R500000+ on a vehicle to NOT sit without transport BEWARE DO NOT BUY A HAVAL OR ANY OTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM
Useless customer services and vehicles - I bought two Haval vehicles BRAND NEW. The H6 just left me next to the road the first time, the next time the vehicle went into "limp mode" while I was overtaking a truck, which nearly caused a MAJOR accident. I then purchased a H7 which after a few months refused to start. Sitting without transport for weeks on end is NOT why I bought a NEW car
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VEHICLES. I owned a Haval H6 GT which just suddenly went into limp mode on several occasions, once nearly causing a serious accident as I was passing a truck and the vehicle lost power. I forced Haval to take it back as it only had 24000 km on the speedometer. After having to pay a R50000 premium - I was supp**** with a Haval H7 - which within six months, just failed to start. I am now sitting without a vehicel for almost two weeks. I bought NEW vehicles expecting to NOT have problems
I have had a LOT of trouble with Fedex. I started using BEX instead. Fast and efficient is not the word. Bex is GREAT.I get regular updates on my overseas parcels and praises from my recipients for the prompt and professional delivery.
On my last review I was promised some investigation by Siyabonga Malinga, Nothing came of it. My credit that was in my account just vanished. I keep getting the same emails OVER and OVER for my bank details. Having sent it three times already, and suspecting ***** from Fedex accounting, how do they expect me to trust them with this sensitive information???. They refuse to give me statements of my account for the past year. WHY what do they have to hide?. The statements are also not availably on my account on their website -- VERY suspicious.
Fedex has an totally useless accounting department. There was about R3000 in credits in my account which has all of a sudden disappeared . Trying to get them to investigate is a impossible task. Getting statements from them is even more difficult. Do they have something to hide???. I have been trying to get them to refund and close my account for months now.
Thank you Nicole and Anton for your patience and expertise. I know I am a difficult customer. You handled my buy with patience and skill. Very happy
