Luminox and Treger brands worst service and watch

I ordered a luminox watch on the Luminox SA official site on Desember 2nd 2019, paid R 3000 online and got no response from them. Got a reply from Treger brands to tel me they got the payment. After calls that wast answered and emails not answered eventually got an email from courier guy and said the watch is on its way...took 7 days just for delivery. Got the watch and still no reply from Treger brands. Had the watch for 1 WEEK and it started to fog up after a swim..Advertised as a navy seal watch brand and very rugged it is not rugged at all. I phoned Treger brands and they keep putting you through to difftent people and the they hang up, that is if they answer at all.. i want to send the watch back for a NEW one or my MONEY back..this is the worst service i have ever experienced. I still have the watch and no reply from Luminox or Treger brands.it fogs up like a R100 street watch but you pay R 3000..
