An arrogant ripoff

Owner/Manager? was knowledgeable but very arrogant. When questioning why the PostNet website advertised a courier fee of R450 to courier to Namibia, yet their cost was R776. Their response was as a Franchise we can charge what we like, fundamentally take it or leave it. Additionally, their attitude to another lady who was wanting assistance with printing a photo for a VISA downright rude. Will not be using them.
