Protecting my furbabies - I would give 10 stars if I could **********
My frenchies Sophie & Lily are my babies and I would do anything for them. Dotsure is so quick to respond to any query and claims are settled so quickly by friendly , helpful staff .You can hear their smiles over the phone :) Every interation I have had with them has been amazing! It really does put your mind at ease knowing they are covered for any illness or accident even for their annual vaccinations, deworming and tick and flea control .The superior plan is just as the name suggests. Thank you Thank you Thank you

!!!DO NOT use Renprop (Pty)Ltd!!! A candidate estate agent and the rental manager placed a tenant WITHOUT a signed lease. Without doing PROPER reference checks They have placed a man who has MULTIPLE complaints against him, who is harassing and following women within an estate in Douglasdale. And they refuse to take any responsibility . They do not care that young women are SCARED to go home. They choose to do NOTHING!!! They are UNEITHICAL and only commission driven. Payment of rent and deposit made 12 days after illegally allowing someone to take occupation of a unit WITHOUT A LEASE SIGNED BY THE LANDLORD???

RENT A THIEF
!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY !!!!!!!! Went through what I thought was a trustworthy agency and signed up for a domestic to clean my house 3 times a week. After 3 weeks we noticed items missing and I contacted the Randburg franchisee I went thriugh not to send her back , I was told they would conduct a disciplinary . I had to follow up . I was told that the domestic in question swore that she did not steal.The agency had therefore also opted to continue making use of her. They also couldnt dismiss her instantly as their legal department said that this was not an option as she a) has not stolen from the agency but from my house and b) until it is proven that there is enough evidence for a case to be laid and one has therefore been has been laid, she cannot be dismissed. Their contract states 'We criminal record check staff prior to employing but will reimburse you if you suspect a theft, have our cleaner polygraph tested and deception is indicated.' NONE OF THIS WAS DONE They further claim 'theft seldom occurs' Adding an indemnity clause shouldnt allow this agency to have no responsibilty for the thief sent to clean my home . The guard in my complex witnessed her leaving with the stolen items. To date and counting she has stolen over 300k in branded clothing and shoes (some of which were brand new still with price tag) as well as a box of branded watches . Washing went in the wash basket ,was put for iroing and never came back !!! A locked drawer was opened and she helped herself. She put everything in black bags in the bin and collected on her way out when she left for the day . Despite all the above, they still send me an invoice for the last week she was contracted to work. Going through this agency give you ZERO peace of mind.DO NOT USE
