How is this dealership even still operating - I totally agree they sell coffins on wheels! Have no empathy whatsoever but I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER stop until they take accountability. They sell accident smash vehicles quickly modified and then the game begins.....trust me they will try every tactic in the book to avoid taking responsibility for their blatant money driven heartless deals. Black hole of deceit once the money is in the bank. Smooth talkers with years of experience of ****ming innocent people. TRUST ME I'm far from done and once I'm done it's time to cripple them and expose them on every social media platform. They will be shocked to discover what they have something coming - we can play the same game but on a larger level that you ever imagined! Chantal how do you sleep at night! But I have enough evidence to ensure you get exactly what you deserve on the highest scale possible!!!!
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER:- According to Section 55 Subsection 2 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008: Every consumer has a right to receive goods that (a) are reasonably suitable for the purposes for which they are generally intended; (b) are of good quality, in good working order and free of any defects; (c) will be useable and durable for a reasonable period of time, having regard to the use to which they would normally be put and to all the surrounding circumstances of their supply; and (d) comply with any applicable standards set under the Standards Act, 1993 (Act No. 29 of 1993), or any other public regulation. According to Section 56 Subsection 2 of the same Act: Within six months after the delivery of any goods to a consumer, the consumer may return the goods to the supplier, without penalty and at the supplier’s risk and expense, if the goods fail to satisfy the requirements and standards contemplated in section 55, and the supplier must, at the direction of the consumer, either (a) repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods; or (b) refund to the consumer the price paid by the consumer, for the goods. BUILD A FACTUAL, SOLID, FIRM CASE - AND DO NOT BACK DOWN UNTIL THEY TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! THEY HAVE A LONG HISTORY OF THE WORST CASES - WITH NO EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE! THEY WILL TRY EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO AVOID TAKING RESPONSIBILITY BUT IT IS YOUR MONEY YOU WORK HARD FOR. ****MERS AND NON-DISCLOSURE HAVE A HEAFTY PRICE TO PAY..........TRUST ME I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT!!!!! Appalling customer service - I strongly suggest that anyone who is considering a move never contact Moodley movers, biggest mistake of my life. I had and am still having an issue with Prega the owner who hired a contractor to move my furniture a short move I might add. My furniture was damaged and went missing he acknowledged responsibility on my producing evidence. Prega, the owner in writing committed to compensation for the items I was forced to purchase that went missing and for the damaged items but when it came for him to actually refund me I had an attack on my character, was informed we are small fries which implies small moves are unimportant which I believe he shouldn't take on if only large moves are professionally done, I was even told I think his father xmas at one point after him acknowledging and offering to compensate me. Now this says a lot about the way customers are treated, absolutely appalling. I have never met the man, up until yesterday he in writing committed to refund me but either doesn't answer his phone, makes excuses his driving will do the payment asap, then his taken a mini holiday but will do the transfer by the afternoon. My items were badly damaged and I produced receipts of the items missing he has firstly apologized, offered to refund me, then attacked me I have evidence via sms, then apologized profusely and once again promised to refund me. If you ever consider a move kindly contact me I will gladly provide you with the evidence and proof of the way this company operates its appalling and would never ever recommend them to anyone. I have reached the stage whereby I am going public with the insults and verbal abuse and suddenly professional and apologetic but to rectify the situation no! although he has taken responsibility for the damages and missing items in writing, apologized and committed to refund me. But play delaying tactics when its time to pay although I paid him immediately before the move. I have every intention of going viral its the principle behind it you don't treat customers in the manner he has treated this whole situation. If I were him I would be ashamed of my service, totally unprofessional, rude and the change of attitude apologetic, commitment to compensate, insultive and abuse, then apologetic again is definitely worrying. I will gladly as I mentioned provide all the evidence if you ever consider using this company its a genuine concern. I gave Prega the owner every opportunity to rectify the situation but like he says we are small fries compared to the moves he does one would think irrespective of the size of the move one would conduct a professional service and ensure a commitment in writing is honoured small moves I would think he would respect are a core part of his business. Up until yesterday, 07 January 2020 - he faithfully promised to rectify the situation and refund me now he totally ignores my calls, how unprofessional is that!!!!!! IF YOU WANT UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I SUGGEST YOU USE MOODLEY MOVERS!!!!! I will be going viral with this complaint its a serious concern the manner in which this matter has been dealt with and has still not been resolved. DELAYING TACTICS BUT THEY ARE EVER SO EAGER TO ACCEPT YOUR MONEY!!!!
