Excellence
Nadeema Jaffer assisted me with a PCC. She was efficient, excellent in her execution and went beyond the "call of duty" by reassuring me of the process and calming me down after her work hours. I would highly recommend Nadeema for her dedication and efficiency.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mango refuses to honor the vouchers that were issued during LOCKDOWN. They don't answer the call centre numbers & when you eventually get through, the person says it's the wrong department. The call center agents are extremely rude, and it's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my voucher.

RAIN
RAIN refuses to close my account, after numerous attempts to cancel. They have now taken off the option of the website. There's no way to contact the company.

Woodford Car Hire
I was very pleased and satisfied with Woodford Car Hire. The check-in was efficient, staff were friendly and helpful, and they upgraded my car at no extra cost. The car was clean, neat and comfortable.
