Well, after reading the previous reviews it is not surprising that I have experienced this poor service from you. It has been almost two months that I have not received my refund despite my email reminders that are met with a response from a junior accountant that "lack of necessary approval" is the reason for delay. There is no proactive feedback from this company. Fix the glitches in your systems that quote a wrong figure for payment, then you don't have to fail to refund clients. No response when I call you line. Pathetic. Resolve this. And please, no "sincere apology", lengthy response about clauses, or trying to maintain image. Just fix the problem.
