Disappointed

Have had very bad service here at the hotel. Spa services are very average for a 4 star hotel. As you walk into the spa- it has an unpleasant odor, half of the equipment is broken and they use cheap products made in China. Most of the hotel has been booked by people attending a wedding (including us), so when we went for dinner for an evening and returned, the gates were locked to the entire estate and no one was answering the after hours telephone. We ended up having to jump over the gate and short-wire the box because we could not get in. No one informed us when we initially arrived that there would be a curfew or anything related. It’s been disappointing and I don’t think the facilities should boast 4 stars in my opinion.
