SA National Lottery App a joke!!!
I used their app for several years and was very pleased. Some months ago i had deposited R1200 and spent maybe R200 on a few entries. But when I next tried to access my account I was blocked and told that their were documents I needed to upload via their website What a frustrating time consuming effort producing nothing. But there was a work around. I can call them during working hours. Another exercise in futility. With auto responders ’we are experiencing high cal rates blah blah Try again a few weeks layer still ineptitude all the way. Tried deleting app and reloading several times and same hassle. Then they change the app to the most ridiculous app which is ambiguous and now i need to reset my password word. Have to make several attempts before it responds with the OTP for password change. Finally do that and you access because of a some stupid sequential missing whatever that means. Now i am being harassed to withdraw my money before May 25th PLEASE TELL ME HOW!!!!! As usual never an email address available
