I bought at a powerball ticket in July 2025 . Two weeks later I checked my ticket at SPAR . The results of my check out said Claim receipt. I called the nationa lottery call centre number , the consultant asked for my barcode number of my ticket and gave it ,and she confirmed that it is a winning ticket. I went to national lottery regional office in Sandton. When i got ther I showed them my ticket together with the checkout claim receipt. They said my ticket is not a winning ticket . I asked them to check it their machine , they refused . They showed me the resulst of that draw. My ticket does not match any number of that draw results. They told me that their system had a ****ch during that time of the draw. Every time when I check it , the results of the check out keep saying claim receipt . i checked it several time at different outlet , the checkout results come saying claim receipt.

I have been trying to get my account sorted out as I can not withdraw from the App. Multiple phone calls and being told it's been escalated. Then told nothing has been done, now I have to email. Hours wasted on the phone speaking to different Agents with different answers. This is unacceptable.

Please don't leave your money in your account because when they update their website, they take your money that has already been there. After winning, withdraw immediately, and if you deposit money, spend it all before they update their website and "Take" it from you.

National Lottery App update NOT working on Android phones. Whilst I have finally managed to login the app no longer allows me to play the Eaziwin games and states I must "rotate my phone", It only displays old info regarding lotto winning numbers, when I try to reinstall the app Google says it can't. It is not available on the Google Playstore anymore. Worst still Customer Care state they have now fixed all the problems and issues must now be with my device, yet I have tried all of the above on my wifes phone with same results. Why did the new Ithuba release a new "better" app without fully testing it? and now they are dismissive of all complaints which indicates they intend to do nothing more.

As many are complaining here, National Lottery have updated their website, None of my future tickets I purchased befoire the upgrade exist? I am unsure if the current draws are inclusive of my tickets purchased ? The only correct information is my balance since the site upgrade. I have emailed National lottery and used their new website to send a internal message about my query, Almost a week and not a reply. Another National entity that cannot be trusted
