Very impressed with UCT online High School. Structured and thorough. Parents can monitor their child's progress and attendance. Tests are monitored online; there is no opportunity for cheating! Affordable rates and flexibility - learner is required to complete 27.5 hours of attendance per week. Support programs available and access to a subject coach.
Could not load funds onto my card. Funds were loaded instead onto a dependants card despite providing the relevant card number. An ongoing issue that does not get resolved.
Very satisfied with the service received from this company. Had to use them twice within a three-month period for a home removal. Marieta was my contact and always friendly and professional. The transport teams were friendly and efficient and stuck to schedules. The cost was reasonable and the best out of the quotes I received. Highly recommend this company.

I have been trying to get my monthly R100 anytime airtime for the past 4 months through Altech Autopage, my service provider. All they are able to do is escalate the problem to MTN, who do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I am owed the airtime for the period my contract has been in force and I want the problem solved going forward. Since the inception of my contract I have not received the R100.00 airtime per month as per the conditions of my contract. I have tried for the last three weeks to get this resolved and all I'm getting is promises.<br> MTN owes me the airtime that I have accrued and I want it resolved going forward.<br> I have been an Autopage customer for a number of years, I suppose it's time to make a change.
Our stores lotto machine stopped functioning 4 days after it was installed.<br> I logged a call on the 21st July (ref 170-32816)<br> When I follow up all I get told is that it is in progress.<br> After a month our machine is still not working.
