This was my 2nd time using Oms for my move and both times were excellent. Marieta was constantly communicating and helping me through each and every step. She was very helpful and very quick to reply, even late nights and weekends. Very greatful for amazing service!

All started very well, Marieta provided quotation very quickly and was informative during the packing and loading process, the team loading the truck was fantastic, then the challenge started... We were not advised that this was the end of dealing with Marieta, we just had ZERO communication, you cannot get through to the landline, excuse being they are working on having it repaired. Eventually out of desperation and trying to find out where the container was, if it had been sent yet and did everything fit in the container (goods were loaded into a truck and then had to be repacked into a container in Cape Town) I got hold of Kevin, who is the Branch Manager... Lies after lies, I have the emails to confirm the lies... I was told the container was loaded on the vessel and the vessel was delayed in sailing by 2 days due to wind in Cape Town, completely understandable as I am aware of Cape Town wind however, I had requested the B/L, which i was told they do not have yet and this would be provided as soon as they have received it from the shipping line. This was on the 23/02/2026. I continued to request a copy of the B/L On the 05/03/2026 Kevin advised he would request the B/L and send it to me Fast forward to 20/03/2026 after having to get hold of the Managing Director to get answers, as I was not receiving any response, I then go the B/L, interestingly with no dates on it, so I tracked the container myself, only to find that the container was only packed at Overseas Moving Scene on the 06/03/2026 So the questions i had asked, Did everything fit into the container? When is the vessel leaving? What is the ETA? ALL of these questions were answered with lies. The container had not even been packed at this point. So if you want to do business with a company that cannot tell you the truth and that you are unable to get hold of telephonically then this is the company to use. I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone as I found this to be absolutely shocking. If you don't know the answer to something, say so and get the correct answers and give factual information to your customer. This is lost on Kevin i'm afraid. He would rather tell you complete garbage and then not answer you, or when he does he is just blatantly rude, belittling!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Shocking. I contacted OMS in March 2024 for a move to Canada. They promise delivery in 12-16 weeks. Yes, a shared container, so no guarentees, but it took 19 months!! No apology or sympathy. No concern shown. When they came to pack my goods, one of the workers had to be sent home because I realised he was drunk. You'd think the guy in charge would have noticed. In September I was getting irate as my goods were still in SA, and in November Kevin Leske told me they were loaded on a boat in Durban and about to leave SA. But it wasn't true. Kevin **** to me. I kept asking Kevin to escalate and finally he did - to Frans Fouche, who never bothered to respond. Kevin also said I could email the info email as it goes to head office, but no one has ever answered me from that email. I kept pushing and my goods finally left SA in March 2025, a full year after they had been packed up. They only arrived in Canada in October and within a day or two I contacted Kevin again to say my carpet was damaged (probably from sitting poor conditions for so long) and my silver car collection was missing (probably the drunk worker or during storage when workers had gone into my luggage to retrieve some papers for me). I sent pictures. Kevin, as usual, took a long time to respond and then told me it was past the 7 days to put a claim in to the insurance, but he would look into it. I am still waiting. He promised to put a claim in on my behalf, but doesn't answer emails any longer. I repeatedly asked him to escalate and finally on January 14th he gave me Duncan Schulze (ExecuMove) email. Duncan said he'd get back to me in 2 days and I am still waiting. No contact. He does not answer my emails. I have emailed both OMS and ExecuMove's info lines and they don't respond. I have never had such shoddy service from people who clearly care nothing for their clients. Don't touch them

I am writing to express my gratitude for the truly excellent and professional service provided by Marieta. She is unique and one of a kind. From the very beginning, Marieta has shown exceptional dedication and a genuine passion for her work. She is always friendly, approachable, and consistently goes out of her way to help and guide, no matter the situation. Her willingness to assist, even beyond what is required, truly sets her apart. Marieta takes the time to explain, support, and ensure that everything is handled smoothly. Her kindness, patience, and commitment create an experience that leaves you feeling valued and understood. I will definitely refer Marieta and use her services again in the future. People like her are rare, and the world truly needs more individuals with her level of professionalism, warmth, and care. I am extremely grateful for everything she has done.

Something seems off with this company. All my items were picked up on 15 August 2025 and the packing team were amazing packing my items for overseas. To get any sort of feedback from Mandy Orange is becoming a nightmare. There is never anyone answering the phones at their office. The scary part is that these type of moving companies require payment upfront and now I feel like they have taken my goods and my money and I cannot get hold of anyone.
